Our Policy and Direct Claims

Many of our clients claim on insurance for their behaviour consultation.  

Usually, we recommend that you pay for the consultation on booking and then claim the money back to yourselves via the insurance - for many insurance companies this means you submit the receipt for the consultation to your insurance company along with our report (which you will receive post consultation).    

Direct Claims

We can do a direct claim through your insurance if your insurance does direct claims .
To do this, you would need to:  

1. Pay us your excess (upon booking the appointment)  

2. Then raise a claim through your insurance company, asking them to pay us directly.
 
Please note that the claim needs to be raised with your insurance company ahead of your consultation date.    

If your insurance company do not authorise the claim for any reason, then you will be required to settle the total outstanding with us within a given time period.      

Deciding which is best for you

Please let us know on your history form or prior to booking which you would prefer. If a direct claim, then we just need to know your excess, policy number and insurance company so we can send you the appropriate coupon code for booking.
